1. Program Overview

The Gadget Eleven Refer and Earn Program is designed to express our gratitude to both loyal and new customers for their patronage. Participants earn points for successful referrals, with the following points system:

• For every referred purchase from ₦50,000 to ₦200,000 = 1 Loyalty Point Earned

• For every referred purchase from ₦201,000 to ₦500,000 = 2 Loyalty Points Earned

• For every referred purchase from ₦501,000 to ₦2,000,000 = 3 Loyalty Points Earned

• For every referred purchase from ₦2,000,000 and Above = 4 Loyalty Points Earned

Note: Points will not be awarded for any purchase totaling less than ₦50,000. Purchases of Gadget Accessories below this specified amount will not contribute to point accumulation.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The program is only open to all existing and new customers and individuals who come across the advertisement for the Refer and Earn Program.

​

Note: Gadget Retailers and Gadget store owners are excluded. They cannot participate.

​

3. Referral Process

Participants will be provided with a unique referral code to use when referring others. To get your unique referral code, contact Gadget Eleven Client Service Representative on our social media platforms. Or you can fill out the form here, and we will have your unique code emailed to you.

​

4. Incentive Details

Rewards are based on the Loyalty points earned according to the program overview.

​

Each Loyalty Point is equivalent to ₦2,500

​

1 Loyalty Point = ₦2,500

2 Loyalty Points = ₦5,000

3 Loyalty Points = ₦7,5000

4 Loyalty Points = ₦10,000

​

BONUS: Upon reaching 20 Loyalty Points, participants will receive an automatic doubling of Loyalty points.

For instance, if a participant accumulates 20 Loyalty Points, the total will be multiplied by 2, resulting in 40 points.

​

However, any points exceeding the initial 20 Loyalty Points will be treated individually as single points.

There is no limit on the number of referrals or points earned.

Points are activated after a successful purchase has been made. 

​

Return of Items purchased by referred customer automatically terminates points earned on that specific referral.

​

5. Reward Redemption

Participants can only redeem their rewards at the end of each month. Failure to redeem rewards within the first 5 working days of a new month will result in the forfeiture of accumulated points.

6. Program Duration

The program will run from December 1st, 2023, to March 31st, 2024.

​

7. Termination or Modification

Gadget Eleven reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time and under any circumstances. Gadget Eleven also reserves the right to disqualify participants and deactivate points if and when fraud is detected. Notification of changes will be communicated to participants via social media, website, and WhatsApp Channels.

8. Compliance and Fair Use

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Fraudulent or unethical behavior, including the creation of fake referrals, will lead to disqualification and the loss of any legitimately accumulated points.

9. Privacy and Data Use

By participating in the program, participants consent to the collection and use of their data for program-related purposes by Gadget Eleven's privacy policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved through arbitration, per the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.

​

11. General Terms

All participants agree that Gadget Eleven's decisions regarding the program are final. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Gadget Eleven regarding the Refer and Earn Program.

12. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Gadget Eleven harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Refer and Earn Program, including but not limited to the content of referrals.

​

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.

​

14. Amendments

Gadget Eleven reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

​

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the Refer and Earn Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

18. Effective Date

These terms and conditions are effective as of December 1st, 2023, and apply to all participants from that date onward.
